We identified and helped execute on strong online and broadcast content; we helped optimize digital and mobile platforms; and we identified significant opportunities for new growth.
Another important part of our work has focused on America’s diverse ethnic groups, especially African-Americans and Hispanics. Our research tools and insights have helped companies understand and serve them more effectively, gaining higher levels of engagement and impact.
